BaganTrail

BaganTrail

This policy covers the BaganTrail website and mobile apps. Cloudflare provides our website, statistics, private rooms and voice services.

Optional gameplay statistics

The apps ask before sharing statistics to help improve the game. Reports include game choices, play time, device type, language, country, loading times and technical errors. A random app ID connects visits. Room nicknames, photos and voice are excluded.

You choose

Sharing statistics is optional. Change your choice in Menu → How to play → Credits. Turning it off stops future reports immediately; turning it on takes effect next launch. Website players can use Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control or bagantrail.com/play?stats=off. Rooms work separately.

Playing with friends

Rooms share your nickname, character and game position with fellow riders. Invite people you trust; younger players should involve a parent or guardian. Device identifiers remember safety blocks and help manage reports. Reports include room details, nicknames, a category and any notes you send for review.

Optional voice

The microphone starts after you enable voice and grant permission. Cloudflare relays calls; they are not end-to-end encrypted. BaganTrail does not record or transcribe them. Mute stops sending your voice; voice off or leaving closes the microphone. Other riders could record what they hear.

Photos and saved progress

Your ride, settings and game photos stay on your device. Sharing sends a photo to the destination you choose, under its policy. Photos are not uploaded automatically. Clearing app data removes local progress, subject to device backups.

How long we keep data

Statistics older than 400 days are removed weekly; opting out does not delete earlier reports. Safety reports are kept for 30 days, blocks until unblocked and suspensions until lifted. Membership ends on leaving or closure. Service records may remain to complete cleanup and enforce limits.
